making everybody feel like fools

more than certain
that the “condition” is
the Flemish impact
Apparently this is
a normal way to have
a conversation in Flandria
when you tease other people
without further consideration
and making fun of them
is your kindest way
to express a warm welcome.
Should I add that
even without knowing it
I’ve suffered from
Flemish impact
all my life
and been quite happy with it.
